Directions:

1) As often as possible, apply Avril certified organic hand cream by massaging your nails (cleansed!) And your cuticles for a long time. This activates blood circulation and penetrates the active ingredients contained in the cream.

2) Gently file your nails always in the same direction to avoid splitting them.
