Pyridoxal 5´ Phosphate
Pyridoxal 5'-fosfat är den aktiva formen av B6-vitamin. Bl a personer med nedsatt leverfunktion kan ha problem med att omvandla pyridoxin till denna aktiva form. Aktivt vitamin B-6 är också effektivt för att förhindra uppkomst av njursten eftersom det förhindrar produktion och utsöndring av oxalsalter. B6 i kombination med magnesiumcitrat och kaliumcitrat (potassium) är bra stöd för att förhindra njursten.
