We create a yummy eggnog from some big, dinosaur-sized ostrich eggs, and let it flow into a delicious ganache made from white chocolate, subtly sweetened with almonds and almond praline. It’s enhanced with fresh ginger and covered in a rich, dark milk chocolate with a powerful 60% cacao content.
