Emile Noëls fruktiga olivolja är kallpressad från ett urval av mogna oliver. Det är olivsorten Picuda som ger olivoljan dess fruktiga smak.
Det krävs 5,5 kg oliver för att utvinna 1 liter av denna dyrbara olja.
Olivoljan är av hög kvalitet som utvunnits direkt ur oliver genom uteslutande mekaniska processer. Denna olivolja rekommenderas särskilt till dressingar, sallader, pasta och grönsaker.
Denna olivolja är rik på omega 9 som är bra för hjärt-kärlsystemet. Den är även rik på fenoler (naturliga antioxidanter, ~20 mg/100 g).
Organic Extra Virgin Fruity Olive
Presentation :
This olive oil was cold-pressed from selected varieties of olives (such as Picuda) harvested when ripe, giving this oil a balanced fruitiness with fresh-fruit aromas. It takes 5.5kg of olives to obtain this pure natural juice.
Manufacturing :
It takes an average of 5kg of olives to make 1 litre of oil. The olives are stored as briefly as possible (at most 2-3 days). The sorted olives are cleaned with water. Stone grinding: the whole olives are ground to tear the cells of the fruit (pulp, stone and kernel) and thus release the oil. Kneading is essential to facilitate oil release and improve yield. The oil is separated from the vegetation water by centrifugation. This pure, untreated fruit juice, produced at low temperature (30-40°C) is wholly natural. The designation "extra virgin olive oil" is given to oil with acidity below 0.8% (EU legislation).
Dietary :
Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, including 75% Omega 9, which promotes good cardio-vascular and liver function, and helps regulate cholesterol levels in the blood. Rich in phenols (natural anti-oxidants, ~ 20mg/100g).
